#Video: Man beats 2 year old baby in the street

A security camera captured the moment when a man tipped a tremendous 2-year-old boy who was playing in the street. In the video, the little boy is seen playing with a broom and with a dustpan at the door of a shop located in Luochuan County, China, when suddenly a man arrives who starts beating him and kicking with such brutality that the boy was still on the floor. The aggressor was identified as Wang Jiaolong, 29, who claims to suffer from schizophrenia, however, Chinese citizens claimed that the aggressor was sentenced to death. The baby was treated at the local Children's Hospital, and after a few days he was discharged to continue his recovery at home. Despite the fact that it happened last year, it continues to generate outrage, along with dozens of other cases around the world, where minors are victims of violence
