The Queen has given her backing to Prince Harry and Meghan over their decision to step back from royal life. Her majesty hosted the senior royals at Sandringham for "very constructive talks" and says she will "respect and understand" their choice. Yet there is still little detail over where the money will come from to support Harry and Meghan as they begin their new life - should the taxpayer still pay for their security?
