#NYC curfew ends, earlier start set for Tuesday night after more looting

New York City's 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. curfew ended Tuesday morning, but because looting continued in Manhattan and other parts of the city, the mayor's office announced a second curfew will start even earlier Tuesday night.
