Joe Biden says George Floyd's death had 'worldwide impact'

During a round table in Philadelphia, presumptive democratic nominee Joe Biden briefly addressed the death of George Floyd, saying it had a wider impact than the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. because of how many people saw the cell phone video of the police confrontation and were inspired to take to the streets worldwide.
