Mother duck accompanies an officer taking her cubs to a lake

A mother duck accompanied a (Newark, New Jersey) police officer for nearly half a mile as the officer was taking her ducklings to safety after they were found in a pool. From previous experience, the officer knew the duck would follow him and stopped to take several breaks along the way.
