Mexico presents a vaccine agreement with Oxford in the face of controversy

The Mexican government said Thursday that the purpose of the covid-19 vaccine that it will produce together with Argentina, in collaboration with the pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca, the University of Oxford and the Carlos Slim Foundation, is to guarantee access for all of Latin America.
