Schools would be open if not for Donald Trump, says Joe Biden
"If President Trump and his administration had done their jobs early on in this crisis, American schools would be open. And they’d be open safely,” Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden said on Wednesday as he looked to shift the focus of the presidential race back to the coronavirus.
