"Cart Narc" embarrasses people who don't put their shopping carts in place

Sebastian Daskawicz-Davis, 39 years old, calls himself "Cart Narc", something like the shopping cart dealer. His mission is to roam the parking lots of supermarkets in the United States to attract the attention of people who don't park their shopping carts in the designated areas. These encounters are sometimes confrontational, but many other times lead to fun situations where people take it well.
