This 76-year-old woman has become a sensation on social networks and the Internet thanks to her impressive achievements and inspiring story. Personal trainer and bodybuilder Iris Davis, from Long Creek, South Carolina, has publicized how her passion for bodybuilding has helped her move forward despite the loss of a son and husband. Iris was born in Dublin, Ireland, where she lived with 14 siblings in a two-bedroom house. She started working at 14, married at 17, and had her first child at 18, who she had to fire two months later because of pneumonia. To cope with the trauma, Iris began to walk, and so began her love of exercise.
