This man defies the odds and introduces himself to Ninja Warrior after a brain injury
by JuanPi
A young man who was bedridden after suffering a brain injury during a boxing match has defied the odds and will be competing in Ninja Warrior. Chinna Balachandran, 31, was "unable to do anything on his own" for months when he suffered an acute subdural hematoma, a severe brain hemorrhage, in January of last year. Doctors feared Chinna's injuries would limit her life forever. But the Los Angeles, California, psychologist impressed the doctors by returning to training late last year. Now he is ready to appear on the hit television show American Ninja Warrior.
