Why have so many presidents fallen in #Peru?

A new political crisis is shaking Peru, which in four years has had three presidents: on November 9, Congress dismissed Martin Vizcarra as president of Peru after a motion for a vacancy was approved on the grounds of "moral incapacity. Many criticized the actions of the legislators who removed Vizcarra because they think that now the country should focus on solving the serious economic and health crisis it faces because of the coronavirus pandemic. With almost 1 million people infected with the virus and more than 35 thousand deaths, Peru is the country with the highest number of deaths per capita from coronavirus in the world. In the last 4 years Peru has had 3 presidents and the last 6 leaders have been involved in corruption scandals.
