Hurricane Iota leaves a trail of devastation in the Colombian Caribbean

The archipelago of Providence was totally destroyed by the winds and rains of the hurricane. Authorities estimate that 98% of the infrastructure was affected. The population has no electricity and water and food are already beginning to be scarce.
