President Leads Service as Giffords Opens Eyes

President Obama addressed a crowd of 26,000 people at a memorial in Tucson, Ariz. and urged Americans to rise above partisan differences in the wake of the shooting rampage. In addition, he made a surprise announcement that Gabrielle Giffords opened her eyes for the first time.
