A man in Richmond, Virginia, made a compilation video that shows how well he has managed to maintain his morning ritual of saying good morning to himself every day. Mike Spurlock, 28, is not a very early riser, but I wanted to see what would happen if he said good morning to himself at the beginning of each day. Mike said, "I was an event manager at a hotel at the time, which meant my days were very unpredictable. "I thought if I could start with something simple and easy like saying 'good morning' at the beginning of the day, maybe I could get a good start.
