#OMG: Creative designer invents a case to turn the iPhone into a cozy fireplace

Product designer Tim van der Heide has created a small fireplace to fit the phone and create a warm miniature environment ideal for winter. Tim, from Groningen, the Netherlands, created the "casing" of the phone with wood to achieve that extra unique and authentic feel, leaving enough space for most phones to be inserted into the side of the fireplace. He then found a fire source on his phone and placed it inside the fireplace to create the desired effect. Tim said, "I designed it and made it myself, used CAD software on the computer and cut it out of wood with my Shaper Origin.
