Family Of Andrew Brown Jr.: Shooting Was An 'Execution'

The family commissioned an autopsy that found Andrew Brown Jr. was shot four times in the arm and in the back of the head, killing him. After the family was shown just 20 seconds of video, they are calling for the release of the body camera footage.
