Mother of child who died in subway accident speaks out

With tears in her eyes, Margarita Tapia says she had plans to celebrate Mother's Day with her 13-year-old son Brandon Giovanny. The boy is one of the fatalities caused by the collapse of an elevated section of the subway in Mexico City.
