Senior Chinese diplomat calls for joint efforts to promote human rights

Senior Chinese diplomat Chen Xu has urged the international community to join efforts in promoting human rights and upholding justice. He was delivering a joint statement on behalf of nearly 20 countries, including Russia, Belarus, Egypt, at the 47th Session of the UN Human Rights Council.
