Army changes lives of stray dogs in St. Lucia with dog shelter

With recreation, veterinary assistance, canine training and a lot of love, elements of the Secretary of National Defense change the lives of stray dogs that wander in the area of Santa Lucia, where the Felipe Angeles International Airport is being built, and together with civil society, they protect the dogs in the only military shelter that exists.
