#OMG: El Agustino: neighbor thwarts motor vehicle robbery after throwing a bag of cement at thieves

Delivery drivers have become the target of crime. The offenders take the motorcycles to commit crimes in other districts. Cameras caught two men at work in El Agustino until the intervention of a neighbor prevented the robbery. The victim was waiting for a client, manipulating his cell phone, without realizing that suddenly a motorcycle cab appeared and the criminals got out with guns in hand. The victim did not resist and immediately handed over his cell phone, while the other thief took the keys of the vehicle. A man who noticed the incident did not hesitate to throw a bag of cement at the thieves, who were frightened and ran away in panic, one of them even fired a shot into the air without understanding what was happening in the place. They fled without carrying out their robbery thanks to the neighbor's brave action.
