Tula Hidalgo submerges, dams and river overflowing

The governor of the central Mexican state of Hidalgo, Omar Fayad, on Wednesday called on residents of areas near the Tula River to evacuate their homes immediately due to a water overflow alert following the overflow of a dam in the neighboring State of Mexico.
