Sergey Trifonov, a former Russian military commander, likes to spend time immersing his body in icy waters. Sergey, 41, posts videos on TikTok in which he fully immerses himself in icy lakes in the Samara region of Russia and performs various ice-related activities. These activities include: eating ice cream, eating raw ice and shaving his head with a razor. Water temperatures drop below freezing and reach as low as -45°C, as they break through the thick ice and reach the deepest water.
