200 Buildings collapsed! after heavy rainfall and flooding in northern China

At least 15 people were killed after heavy rain and flooding battered China's northern province of Shanxi, destroying thousands of homes and forcing more than 120,000 people to relocate to safer areas, local officials said Tuesday.
