For "not respecting values", girl was arrested for selling hot cakes dressed only in a sweater and without a bra

A Thai pancake seller has been grilled by police over her cleavage-revealing cardigans that pulled in customers. Nursing student Olive Aranya Apaiso, 23, was selling around 30 boxes a day before she borrowed her friend’s skimpy tops to wear at the stall in Chiang Mai province, northern Thailand. With her chest on show, her sales quadrupled and eager locals were lining up at the stall for a taste of the crepes while posing for selfies as she cooked them. However, some locals complained to police that her outfits were inappropriate and officers descended on the stall this morning November 26. Police took Olive to the local station where she was given a warning and lectured on food hygiene and ‘respect for the city’s culture’ before being released without charge.
