4.2 million Americans quit their jobs in October 2021, which brings the total number of workers who’ve joined “The Great Resignation” this year to 39 million. Some of those people are documenting their resignations on TikTok, creating a niche on the social media platform dubbed “QuitTok.” Maris Mays told Inside Edition she was leaving her job because after eight months, she knew it wasn’t going to make her happy.
