Son of a nutcracker, it’s Buddy the Elf…in Chicago? A green costumed-man, who bore a striking resemblance to Will Ferrell in the holiday movie “Elf,” was spotted hopping across a Windy City street. He even had the classic lines down; “watch out for the yellow ones, they don’t stop,” he shouted. That’s one way to spread holiday cheer!
