Catalonia, Murcia, Asturias, Navarre and Aragon are, for the moment, the autonomous communities that have adopted the toughest restrictions to face the sixth wave of the coronavirus, with the 'omicron' variant, as opposed to other autonomous governments, such as those of Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura and Castilla y León, which have opted, as of today, not to take additional measures to face the massive increase in Covid-19 infections.
