Lindsay Lohan pleads not guilty to theft charges

Lindsay Lohan appeared in court again accused of stealing a necklace, just weeks after being released from court ordered rehab. The necklace disappeared from a boutique after she tried it on, but was reappeared at a police station as officers were preparing to search Lohan's home. Since 2008, LiLo has been accused of various thefts, including fur coats, a Rolex watch and of course, jewelry. A Las Vegas tanning salon is also suing Lohan over US$41,000 in unpaid tanning fees. Despite all the controversy, reports indicate that the starlet may land a role in the new Superman film.
