Ripple vs SEC: The battle continues

The judge granted the motion in part at the Jan. 13 sentencing, when Ripple Labs sought documentation from the SEC. Among the materials was a draft of former Director Hinman's 2018 speech. The SEC asserted that the deliberative process privilege protected these materials.
