Oil tanker and cargo ship collide off the coast of the Netherlands

The oil tanker Pechora Star and the German bulk carrier Juelietta D collided off the coast of the Netherlands. The accident occurred in the middle of a heavy storm and the 18 crew members of the German ship had to be evacuated with the help of several Dutch and one Belgian rescue service helicopters.
