#VIRAL: Pachuca police officers beat elderly couple into submission

Municipal police officers in Pachuca, Hidalgo, detained an elderly couple with obvious use of force. The alleged crime was that their business did not comply with regulations. It was reported that hours later they were released and the agents who perpetrated these outrageous acts were removed from their posts.
