Abortion in Colombia decriminalized until the 24th week of pregnancy

The full chamber of the Constitutional Court decided that abortion in Colombia will be decriminalized up to the 24th week of pregnancy. In other words, it will be legal to have an abortion up to approximately six months of gestation.
