Zelensky: Failed Vladimir Putin talks would mean a third World War

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky tells CNN's Fareed Zakaria that he's ready for negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin, but says if negotiations fail "that would mean that this is a third World War."
