Man Arrested for Attempting to Rape Woman at Miami Walmart

A 28-year-old man was arrested in Miami on Sunday after sexually assaulting a woman in the aisles of a Walmart store on NW 79th Street. The arrest report, cited by local media, said the defendant, identified as Bredan Harvey, approached the woman from behind, lifted up her dress and tried to touch her. When the victim reacted with refusal to the attack, he threw her to the ground, ripped off her underwear and tried to touch her below the waist. A video posted on OnlyInDade's Instagram profile shows the commotion that occurred in the store.
