Joe Biden speaks after NATO emergency summit in Brussels

A month after the Russian invasion, the Administration presided over by Joe Biden announced Thursday that the United States plans to take in 100,000 refugees, as well as new sanctions against more than 400 Russians, including elites, the Duma (the Lower House) and more than 40 defense companies.
