Eyewitness to #NYC Subway Shooting Suspect Arrest Describes Scene

Zack Tahhan says he spotted Brooklyn subway shooting suspect Frank James on a security camera and alerted police. James was arrested in Manhattan. Police said that during Tuesday's chaotic morning rush-hour attack, James pulled on a gas mask and detonated two smoke canisters as a Manhattan-bound N train was pulling into the 36th Street station in Sunset Park.
