Honduran boy drowned crossing the Rio Grande with his sister: "I yelled at her and she didn't answer me".

Christopher Alvarado, 14, was traveling with other minors when the current swept him away between Piedras Negras and Eagle Pass. His grief-stricken mother told Telemundo News exclusively how it all happened. His sister is in federal custody.
