Melissa Lucio's death sentence suspended for alleged murder of her daughter

Melissa Lucio would have been executed tomorrow in the United States, but the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals stayed her execution Monday. The Latina woman was sentenced to death for the death of her daughter after reviewing evidence of her possible innocence.
