CEDH opens complaints against the Nuevo Leon Prosecutor's Office for the cases of Maria Fernanda and Debanhi

The Nuevo Leon State Human Rights Commission (CEDH) informed this Sunday that it opened two ex officio investigation files to analyze the cases of Maria Fernanda and Debanhi Escobar, while it sent letters to the authorities and the Attorney General's Office to deliver the requirements shortly.
