Checo Perez renews with Red Bull until 2024 after Monaco GP win

Sergio Perez is unstoppable in the 2022 Formula 1 season and after winning the Monaco Grand Prix, now it was announced his renewal with Red Bull until 2024. The team announced the extension of the Mexican driver's contract for two more years, which he joined in 2020 when he was fighting to stay in F1 and now he has become a protagonist of motorsport. "Winning the Monaco Grand Prix is a dream for any driver and celebrating my first victory there with this announcement that I will continue with Red Bull until 2024 is just the icing on the cake," tweeted the Mexican driver. Red Bull stated that Checo signed a pre-race first place finish to complete a weekend of celebration, as he is third in the drivers' championship and is on pace to have his best season in F1.
