AOC Harassed by Man on Capitol Steps

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is calling out the man she says harassed her on the steps of the U.S. Capitol. The New York democrat was heading to work with an aide, her fiancé and her dog when she was heckled. She turned to confront the man and then flashed him a peace sign.
