Defendants accused of Line 12 collapse will not go to prison... for now...

In the initial hearing of the case, which lasted almost 22 hours and concluded at 8:00 a.m. yesterday, the District Attorney's Office requested that the accused be remanded in custody; however, the Control Judge denied the request, considering that there were no elements, and therefore set as precautionary measures a periodic monthly signature and not to leave the country.
