Russia accuses Ukraine of attack on its Black Sea fleet headquarters

Russia on Sunday accused Ukraine of launching a drone strike against its Black Sea fleet headquarters on the annexed Crimean peninsula, while authorities in Mikolaiv in southern Ukraine said the city suffered its worst shelling in more than five months of conflict.
