Forced police officers want to "impose" crimes where there are none

A couple of motorcycle patrolmen apparently have a very big ego, which does not allow them to accept that they were wrong with a guy who was accused of smoking green grass, the young man at all times was cooperative, and this so that the officers realized that he was not consuming grass inside the car.
