Hollywood Has An Unfair Problem Paying The Lead Actress Equally

This has been a problem for a while. I'm all for actresses getting paid the same as their male co stars only if they are both the main characters/stars of the movie. In this case this is what I mean. Joker 2 is coming in 2024 and recently Lady Gaga was added to the cast list to co star as Harley Quinn alongside Joaquin Phoenix as the title character Joker. With them both being the leads of the movie and the budget increased from movie one and two you would think that both would be paid the same but...no. Phoenix is set to make 20 million dollars while Gaga is set to make less than half of Phoenix's salary at 10 million dollars. It doesn't make sense that one star is making more than the other and it's something Hollywood needs to fix because it all just seems unfair.
