Violence in Mexico will be reduced by reducing the volume of arms trafficking from the U.S.: Ebrard

Marcelo Ebrard, Secretary of Foreign Affairs, assured that violence in Mexico will not be reduced with the current volume of arms trafficking from the United States, an effort that will have to go beyond the current six-year term.
