The ministerial authorities are investigating a new case of rape in which both the victim and the alleged aggressor are babies; this would have happened, according to available information, in the municipality of Gomez Palacio. According to the data collected, the fact had a probable victim of a baby of only four years old, while her aggressor is around 10 years old. It was Saturday afternoon, when elements of the police corporations stationed in the aforementioned demarcation went to one of the cerrados of the Torremolinos subdivision to attend to what is described in a telephone report. The event, as reported, occurred since Friday, but it was not until Saturday when the victim was able to express details of what happened. Being at his grandmother's house, a 10-year-old boy, a neighbor of the same settlement, sexually raped the minor taking advantage of the fact that there was no adult presence for a few minutes. It should be noted that, given the age of the alleged aggressor, in case of confirming the crime of rape, it would not be attributable, so the judicial proceedings would be oriented to psychological and psychiatric care.
