Boy who killed his friend while playing slot machines won't be punished for the crime

The prosecutor of Veracruz, Verónica Hernández Giadáns, confirmed that the minor Eduardo, 10 years old, who killed his playmate, Samuel, 11 years old, in the municipality of La Perla, cannot be punished for the aggression.
