Proteus, a rescue dog who traveled to Turkey, died doing his job.

The death of Proteus, one of the rescue dogs of the Secretariat of National Defense (Sedena) that went to support the rescue work in Turkey after the powerful 7.8 magnitude earthquake that at the moment registered 29,605 dead in that nation, against the 3,574 that died in Syria, was announced early this morning. It was reported that the canine pair died in the line of duty.
