Dogs in Veracruz "orphaned" after losing their owners to covid

In Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, the owners of a hardware store installed homes for two dogs rescued from the streets, "Güero" and "Shakira", dogs that were abandoned after losing their owners who died from covid.
